PR Slop Stopper is a GitHub App that analyzes public GitHub profile data to calculate contributor reputation scores. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we access and how we use it.

Data We Access

PR Slop Stopper accesses only publicly available GitHub data, including:

Public profile information (username, avatar, bio, account creation date)
Public repository activity (pull requests, commits, forks)
Public contribution statistics
Pull request metadata for repositories where the app is installed

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

Private repository data
Personal email addresses
Private profile information
Authentication tokens or credentials
Source code contents

Data Storage

PR Slop Stopper operates in a stateless manner. We do not maintain a database of user profiles or reputation scores. Each PR is analyzed in real-time using GitHub's API, and no persistent storage of user data occurs.

Third-Party Services

PR Slop Stopper interacts only with GitHub's API. We do not share data with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Retention

Since we do not store user data, there is no data retention period. Temporary processing data (such as API responses) exists only in memory during PR analysis and is immediately discarded after the score is calculated.

Your Rights

Since we only access public GitHub data and do not store personal information:

You can control your public GitHub profile information directly through GitHub
Repository owners can uninstall the app at any time to stop all analysis
No data deletion requests are necessary as we don't retain data
